UH-OH! AT THE MOMENT, THERE ARE NO TOURS AVAILABLE FOR ONE WORLD OBSERVATORY
High demand, seasonal availability and unexpected closures can be the reason. We're working on getting it up and running. Meanwhile, you can search for other activities on our website. We don’t want you to leave disappointed!
If you want to avoid crowds, the best time to visit is between 8 am and 10 am, before the tourist buses arrive. But for the most spectacular views during your vacation, you’ll want to arrive before sunset. As early mornings are also the busiest time, arrive early to get a spot near the windows.
Weather-wise, the best time to visit is any time that the skies are clear. If there are low-lying clouds or rain, you might want to reschedule. Summer and winter months both have their own charms. It might be nice to see the skyscrapers blanketed in snow, but poor visibility could be a dampener.
As the tallest building in America, One World Trade is pretty easy to find. Most travelers will likely use the subway. If you choose this mode of transportation, you will need to take the A or C train to Chambers St., the E train to One World Trade, the 2,3,4 or 5 train to Fulton St., the 1 train to Rector St., or the R or W train to Cortland St. Those using the bus system should take the M20 bus towards South Ferry and alight at Vesey St./North End Ave. or the M55 bus towards South Ferry and alight at Broadway/Cortland St.
One World Observatory is open all 7 days a week from 8 am to 9 pm.
A typical tour of One World Observatory takes about 2 hours to complete.
