Voucher Information: Sorry, but we will need you to print a paper version of your booking voucher (we're working on changing this). At this time no refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.

Attachments for children and babies are not permitted on electric bikes.

No guest under age 18 will be given bike without an adult over the age of 18.

Please bring one govt issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes.

Please note, all guests must be able to ride their own bike.

Road side assistance available should you run into any issues with your bike during your rental.

Please note, you need to be 16+ to ride an eBike.
