There are no refunds if you no-show or are late for your departure so please ensure you check-in with us at least 15minutes prior to your scheduled departure.

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes

Infants under 2 years must always be advised at time of booking, even though they are FOC as they are included in our total passenger count

Any person under the age of 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult 18+.

We do not have storage for prams and large bags on board or at our departure point. Kindly leave them in your car or hotel room.
