Are you one for peeking into the life of the upper-class? Window shopping outside the luxury boutiques, gazing in wonder at the sumptuous hotels, and top-end jewellers? This walking tour takes you to the very heart of rich Parisian life. You'll discover hidden gems, wander through the opulent streets and enjoy gourmet treats. Your guide will talk you through the history of the area, reveal its hidden treasures and take you down wide vistas and intimate alleyways. You’ll glide past the luxury fashion boutiques, galleries and the Palais Royal court. During your tour, there’s time to indulge in two luxury tastings at gourmet shops. Take a notebook as your guide will also recommend the restaurants to visit and the kept addresses. A lifestyle tour to see the best of Paris, make no mistake.
About your guide
For Meeting the French, touring the Eiffel tower is 'old school'. They don't herd you onto a bus and have you driven to the famous sights. Oh no, they focus on intimate and original experiences which celebrate the French lifestyle and culture, helping you to see the real Paris. The city they call home.
Here’s the plan…
You’ll meet your guide for a walk into upper-class Paris in front of the church Église St-Germain-des-Près. From there it’s all about experiencing the high-life!
As you walk along the wide streets and the hidden alleyways, you’ll hear about the significant historical facts and see the places that give this area its status. Luxury boutiques, stunning hotels, theatres and jewellers. You’ll take in the Palais Royal court and Verot-Dodat gallery and see a variety of shops selected for their originality. Your tour is not complete until you’ve tasted luxury at two gourmet shops.
This is the tour that lets you look through the window of luxury into the upper-class life of Paris. You may not want to leave!

Please note

This activity is adults (and older children) only. Little ones under the age of 5 years will have to sit this one out, we’re afraid.

Your guide will meet you 15 minutes before the start time.
Make sure you wear comfortable shoes – you’ll be doing plenty of walking.
